- Understand business objectives and requirements
- Participate in meetings and calls to discuss technical challenges and optimal solutions
- Provide time estimates and architecture overview for new projects and tasks
- Manage delivery of multiple complex development projects from architecture to release
- Review committed code on a daily / weekly basis and provide feedback on code quality

- Help break project requirements and business objectives into actionable tasks with checklists and estimates
- Prepare demos for meetings with product owners and provide updates on project progress
- Track time in real time
- Create and maintain user guides (readme) in the root project directory for new features
- If the task takes more time than estimated – stop work – report about the delay and reason to the project manager. Wait for an approval to continue work
- Daily update project tasks (status, progress, questions, comments) and project wiki (logins, asset links)
- Ask questions. Raise concerns. Make recommendations.
- Common specializations and skills: Strong communication skills, Backend + Frontend Experience, working with APIs and data frameworks, Cloud-based database design concepts, knowledge of usability and accessibility standards (WCAG), knowledge of standards, TDD.
