- Are primarily concerned with how the product feels and laid out
- Understand business objectives of the project or task
- Participate in meetings and calls to discuss design strategy and tasks.
- Prepare demos for meetings with product owners and provide updates on project progress
- Provide estimates for design tasks
- Deliver wireframes or designs in the agreed format
- Offer creative ideas and concepts
- Recommend and offer suggestions on the aesthetics of the project
- Send daily status reports to the project manager
- Track time in real time
- If the task takes more time than estimated – stop work – report about the delay and reason to the project manager. Wait for an approval to continue work
- Daily update project tasks (status, progress, comments, assigned ) and project wiki (logins, asset links)
- Ask questions. Raise concerns. Make recommendations.
